NAWROCKI FITNESS is located in the heart of Center City in the Rittenhouse Square area at the 1500 Locust Apartment complex, off of the Avenue of the Arts. It is a boutique style fitness studio, providing private, one on one, personal training services and small group training. It is fully equipped with state of the art STOTT PILATES® apparatuses and Cybex weight training equipment plus a complete array of dumbbells and accessories to provide for the needs of each individual. Our mission is simply to take on committed clients and help them reach their fitness goals. Whether it is to sculpt and change the shape of the your body in order to look and feel great both inside and out, to lose or gain weight, or train to compete in a 10 mile race, triathlon, or a body building competition NAWROCKI FITNESS can show you the way.

Trainers Marlene and Ed Nawrocki have been in the fitness industry together for the past fifteen years. Each has their own special ability, skills, background and expertise in training techniques. They decided to combine forces with the intentions to provide the best possible service to their clients in order to establish a successful program specifically designed to meet their needs. As well as using the tried and true, solid, traditional training techniques, they also believe in a creative and original approach to their training in order to accomplish an ongoing freshness and open mindedness in their work. This alternative, imaginative and unique attitude insures a constant change of ideas and their belief in continuing education to create the NAWROCKI FITNESS method.
