Yoga- Primarily Vinyasa inspired let our instructors guide you through a relaxing and spiritual workout

All Abs- Held in the private studio, a 30 minute all abs circuit.

Body Burn™- A high energy, high repetition, lightweight workout. An intense workout that will make your body feel the “burn” in the first set. A great sculpting session, torch calories and leave feeling good.

ZUMBA!- Enjoy the view of the city as you dance your day away with this latin inspired dance workout.

Dynamic Body Burn™- A step up from the Body Burn™, this class incorporates all the weight and prop equipment in our studio. If you like Body Burn and are looking for a different workout that still kicks your butt, this is the class for you. 4 person maximum to each class. A variation of this format is used in the small group resident classes

All Terrain with a Spin- Join Ed while he takes you through a journey of hiking biking and climbing with the occasional impromptu adventure. Bring your towel and imagination in this fun workout 4 person maximum to each class. A variation of this format is used in the small group resident classes

DUET CLASSES—All duets are offered on Pilates apparatus or TRX training. In order to get best rate you must commit to dates and pay up front for 6 sessions that are used with in 12 weeks. There are no transfers or reimbursements. Just like the reservation classes if you have a conflict and booked already you may pay the difference for a one on one 50 minute session. Contact us for pricing and availability, all clients must go through orientation for Pilates apparatus.
